Clean Ceiling Plus, Inc. (CCP) will let each GM know at the first of the month their next scheduled date to clean. CCP will call the closing manager the day of service to confirm what time we will be there.
Areas To Be Cleaned
A) Clean all Ceiling Tile B) Clean all Grid & Vents C) Clean outside of all Light Lenses D) Dust inside of all Light Lenses, where needed E) We will clean office ceiling if manager is there to open and close door FRP Walls We will clean all FRP walls & doors in kitchen area Except the storage room walls, unless GM arranges for racks and product to be moved that night and put back the next morning) Storage Room Walls Are Recommended Once A Year
Our goal is to make this service to where the only way you know we were there, is the next morning you have clean ceilings and walls. However our chemical will sometimes leave a white looking residue
What We Expect From General Manager
Please let closing manager know we are coming the night of service. Communication is a must, let us know the next day if there are any issues, so we can correct right away.

(Ceiling Tile, Light Lenses etc.) 4) If you want walls cleaned behind something bolted to wall you will need to remove, and have someone scheduled to put back up next morning. 5) We will clean storage room or hall walls if you will move everything out of the area (Be sure to schedule someone next morning to put back) 6) Menu cards & memos, if we take them down we will not put back up because we will not put them n the right order. 7) Leave us an emergency contact number the night we are there. 8) Send in invoice for Payment ASAP more than 2 invoice past due we will take off monthly billing program
