Value Added "Plus" Services
As an additional service we can clean and maintain your existing lighting system. Replacing bulbs and lamps as needed ensures that your facility consistently has the proper and desired lighting. By handling your ceiling, wall and lighting needs we enable you to reduce the number of vendors coming into your establishment. Bottom line; makes your life easier.
With current lighting technologies as they are, your well maintained lighting enables you to reduce energy costs and maintain safe and consistent illumination levels throughout your entire facility.
Clean Ceilings Plus, Inc. can handle all your ceiling, wall and fixture cleaning needs along with maintaining your lighting.
We will call the manager on duty the next day and discuss any issues and schedule a day/time when we can correct.
· We will clean outside of vent-a-hoods with stainless steel cleaner.
· We will clean up the kitchen as good as or better than when it was left.
· We will cover and protect all equipment, shelves and food. (You will not
need to do this.)
· 24/7 communication. Please call or email anytime for anything.
· You will be working with the ownership of this company with over 20
years of retail experience.
Extra Work At Your Request
· We will replace any broken or stained tile. $15 per tile.
· We will replace any broken or stained light lenses. $18 per lens.
· We will replace any broken or stained egg crate vent covers. $20
2x4 egg crate.
· We can repair minor grid issues. $30 per hr.
What We Expect From General Manager
· Please let closing manager know we are coming the night of service.
· Communication is important, let us know the next day if there are any
issues so we can address right away.
· If you need any extra work performed, let us know ahead of time.
· If you want walls cleaned behind something bolted to the wall you will
need to remove and then arrange for someone to put back the next
· We will clean storage room or hall ways if you will move everything out
of the area. (Be sure to schedule someone the next morning to put back.)
· Menu cards & memos, if we take them down we will not put them back
up because we ill not put them in the right order.
· Leave us an emergency contact number the night we are there.
